DreamBox Reading Plus is an adaptive online reading development programme designed to accelerate progress and close the gap. It helps students in Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 become proficient and confident readers.

Its patented Guided Window helps guide readers’ eyes left-to-right across the page at a bespoke speed, using a moving box that advances as each student’s fluency and comprehension improve.
The Guided Window keeps students focused on reading the relevant material while developing fluency, comprehension, and independent reading at a year-appropriate rate.
Comprehensive data – at a glance
Reading Plus provides quick access to comprehensive reports detailing student, class, school and trust data – making it easy to evidence impact.
Teachers can swiftly identify students needing extra support in fluency, vocabulary and comprehension, allowing targeted intervention and saving valuable time.
An evidence-based programme
Reading Solutions UK partnered with Derby Research School and Spencer Academies Trust to determine the efficacy of Reading Plus. The results showed that on average:
- Students who used Reading Plus made more significant progress than non-users.
- Students eligible for Pupil Premium using Reading Plus made 97% more progress than those students without.
- EAL and SEND students using Reading Plus also made significantly more progress than those students without Reading Plus.
